Recipes

To make a luxurious hot chocolate just like we do:
(Based on 900w microwave)

1. Spoon in 45g / 4 tablespoons of the hot chocolate blend into a microwavable mug.
2. Pour 125ml double cream into the mug.
3. Heat in microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds.
4. Remove mug from microwave.
5. Stir well until blended.
6. Heat again for a few seconds if you want to make it a bit warmer.
7. Drink and enjoy.

Instead of the above methods, heat the liquid in a saucepan on the hob.

You may also wish to substitute cream for milk or a dairy alternative.
